It was kind of draggy.

I got bored watching it because it was so slow getting to anything. Pretty good drawing though. It might be nice to see a little frame by frame as well.

Too unoriginal and not very funny

Might help to come up with some original jokes.

You might want to consider putting in more than like, 4 frames per second.

Too much tweening.

The animation was pretty bad, you might wanna try more complex tweens or frame by frame.
