I got bored watching it because it was so slow getting to anything. Pretty good drawing though. It might be nice to see a little frame by frame as well.

You might want to consider putting in more than like, 4 frames per second.

Too much tweening.

The animation was pretty bad, you might wanna try more complex tweens or frame by frame.
